Refund Policy

Dinzy strives to provide the best meal service. This policy explains how refunds are handled for cancellations or service issues.

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before the specified cut-off time. Refunds for cancelled meals will be processed as per the payment method used.

2. Damaged or Missing Meals

If a meal is missing or not delivered in acceptable condition, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

3. Subscription Refunds

Refunds for ongoing subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued for unused meals.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
